The Luxury Hotel “ROCABELLA HELLINIKON COUNTRY HOTEL” was built following the donation of the Fourlis family to the worldwide association of Elliniko inhabitants.
It is located at the mountain of Mainalon and next to the beautiful river of Lousios, at an altitude of 680 meters which is considered ideal for human health, in the heart of the small stony picturesque village Elliniko. This small yet luxurious accommodation, bears all necessary facilities: country colonial style spacious common areas, balconies overlooking the slopes of mount Mainalon and the rich planes of Alfeios river, rooms tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern forming a unique combination of “chic and simple” environment.

Elliniko village is the ideal base for numerous outdoor activities near the ravishing nature such as yoga sessions, rafting, cycling and hiking through the wonderful paths of the gorge of Lousios river.
The Gortys guesthouse was opened in August 2011 in an old family mansion from 1900 in the heart of Elliniko. The two buildings, the main residence and the old stables, were renovated lovingly, respecting their traditional identity, and were transformed into a boutique guest house for all seasons. Set in a well tended garden with the mountains in the distance, the Lousios gorge and the other villages and sites of the area nearby, it offers an ideal base from which to explore the beauty of Gortynia and the mountains of Arcadia. Inside the stone walls with dark wooden shutters and tiled roofs, exceptional accommodation has been created, radiating elegance and an authentic village atmosphere.

A stay at the Gortys Guesthouse combines a sense of nostalgia with modern facilities and the benefits of style. The two stone buildings house 8 bedrooms and one suite with striking wooden floors, ceilings and furniture. The double rooms have one king size or two single beds with the possibility of connecting rooms, while the imposing two-roomed suite offers a fireplace, dining area, desk and bookcase in the living room.
All the rooms are distributed on the first floor and ground floor of the main building and each has its own balcony or leads directly on to the garden. The suite, which is situated in the building that was the old stables, also has a private verandah onto the garden.
The rooms are cleaned daily.
The garden of the guesthouse is available to its visitors for moments of relaxation in its specially created nooks and corners. You may choose to sit on the patio or on the raised verandah with its large monastery table, and enjoy a coffee or a drink, or the company of a book from the library.
Breakfast is served from 9:00 to 11:00 on the garden terrace and is suffused with traditional flavours and local produce. Omelette with courgette, feta cheese and herbs from Ellinikon, Caprese salad with fresh tomatoes, liodori cheese and pesto, Greek gruyere and fresh butter, Cretan “dakos” salad with local herbs, cured ham, honey from Mainalo, homemade jams from seasonal fruit and homemade sweets are available daily from the buffet.
In the beautiful village of Ellinikon in Arcadia, near Karytaina, you will find the Traditional Guesthouse of Elaion, which has been renovated with two added rooms, so that it can welcome even more friends of the Arcadian mountains. The stone guesthouse is housed in a building dating from 1886 in Elliniko, at a height of 750metres. The reception room at Elaion is comfortable and welcoming, with a fireplace and cosy sofas. For breakfast you can sample Yiota’s specialities made with eggs, honey, olive oil, cheese and jams from her farm.
The jewel of Elaion, however, is a stone house, Toscani, which Dimitris and Yiota have lovingly created and which can comfortably accommodate a family. Choose the room which best suits you and meets your needs! The Guesthouse has another 7 rooms, each with its own character, all decorated with exceptional care and taste. All the rooms have a double bed, their own bathroom and satellite TV.
